Sales analysts and leaders need to ensure that the quotas that are set are accurate. Without adequate tools to gauge quota performance, sales leaders are unable to determine if the set quotas are closely correlated with the sales performance. The Quota Accuracy application enables sales leaders and analysts to understand how the quotas correlate to the actual sales in the current period and how much that correlation has changed compared to the prior period. The application also highlights key accounts or products which contributed most to that change. Sales leaders and analysts can then explore the correlation for a specific position or product, and then view details about this change for each territory.
