Dispute Management

The Dispute Management application provides the ability to manage disputes related to sales compensation. The application allows sales reps or sales managers to initiate disputes about payments, credited sales, and general inquiries. It allows managers to view all open dispute requests added by their subordinates and analysts to approve or reject dispute requests, or ask for additional information about dispute requests. Analysts are also able to monitor dispute resolution trends.
